Extending functionality and durability, our 8 Inch Bike Rack Hitch Extender allows everyone to take their bikes on an adventure.
Perfect for those whose vehicle has a rear-mounted tire, large rear bumper or extended tailgate (looking at you guys with the Mitsubishi Pajero’s) and can’t connect a standard bike carrier to their hitch receiver. Our Hitch Extender saves the day, providing an extra length of up to 8 inches (203mm) to ensure you can still easily attach a rear hitch mounted bike carrier.
Pair it with our Lockable Tow Bar Bike Rack & Anti Rattle Bike Rack Hitch Stabilizer to properly secure your bikes and you’re ready to go. Constructed from heavy duty powder coated steel so you can relax knowing that your bike carrier is being properly supported, even with the extra extension.
Our 8 Inch Bike Rack Hitch Extender is compatible with all standard 2 inch hitch receivers and 16mm hitch pins (hitch pins not provided).
